At  AT Woodwork, every piece is handcrafted with care, built to last a lifetime, and made specifically for each client. Because of the custom nature of our products, shipping times may vary depending on the size, material, and complexity of your order.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–6 weeks for production before shipping. Larger projects or those requiring specialty materials may take longer, and we will communicate timelines clearly before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight shipping for larger items to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Local Delivery or Pickup

We offer free local delivery or local pickup by appointment. We’ll contact you directly to schedule a convenient time.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. For large deliveries, we may also contact you directly to coordinate the delivery window.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States only. If you are outside this area and interested in ordering, please contact us to discuss custom arrangements.

Damages or Issues

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
