        Welcome to AT Woodwork. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These terms are intended to ensure a transparent and respectful relationship between you, the customer, and us, the provider.

        All products sold by AT Woodwork are handcrafted and custom-built to order. Because of the nature of our work, every piece is unique and may include natural variations in wood grain, color, or finish. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that minor deviations from photographs or digital renderings are to be expected and are part of the authenticity of handcrafted woodwork.

        Orders begin processing once full payment is received. Production timelines are communicated at the time of order and vary based on project complexity and material availability. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, AT Woodwork is not liable for delays caused by material shortages, shipping carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

        All sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom work unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping or shows clear defects that were not part of the natural character of the wood. If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery to assess the issue and determine next steps.

        You agree not to duplicate, reproduce, or resell our designs or products without our express written consent. All intellectual property, including product designs, images, and written content, remains the sole property of AT Woodwork.
